Job Description: 

Taking care of entire recruitment process(Telephonic interview, scheduling interview, follow up, taking first round of face to face interview)
Sourcing of profiles from various portals for Various Position (Screening, short listing, scheduling, follow ups)
Payroll process-for staff
Maintaining Employee files
Handling Joining formalities and Exit interview for employees

Coordinating with external agencies such as security, housekeeping etc to keep the store in desired state of upkeep and security.
Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the store
Ensuring staff room is maintained at defined levels at all times
Under the guidance of Regional HR, coordinating with consultants on issues of legal & statutory compliance
Handling issues related with all official agencies
